This policy applies to alphavo.io. Alphavo is operated by a company registered with SSM in Malaysia. The registered name is the name on the registration documents.
Information collected
- Account details: the email address used to register, and the login credentials.
- What you submit: the market, the timeframe, the direction, and an optional hint.
- Payment: processed by the payment provider. We do not store the full card number. We only receive whether the payment was completed.
- Security: the result of the human-verification check at registration, and device signals used to detect unusual registrations and to rate-limit the same device. These signals are not used for advertising.
Purposes
To open and maintain the account, to process the requests you submit, to confirm payment, and to prevent abuse.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics cookies and does not use advertising cookies. After you choose "Essential only" or "Accept all", that choice is stored in the current browser. You can choose again from the footer.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal information. Payment information is processed by the payment provider under its own rules.
Retention
Account details are kept while the account exists, and are kept or deleted for the period applicable law requires. After the account is deleted, request records that identify you are no longer kept in order to provide the service, except where the law requires them to be kept.
